As a Senior Product Designer, you will work with Product Management, Development and stakeholders across the organization to define, shape, and deliver exceptional product experiences across a variety of digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the discovery, planning, and design of new features and products
- Understand the behaviours, motivations, and needs of our customers to develop relevant and impactful product experiences
- Synthesize research to define gaps in usability, customer needs, and strategic opportunities
- Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Partner closely with Product, Development, and other teams throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Follow established Credivera design system patterns while directly contributing to its evolution
- Advocate for design with cross-business leadership
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a product designer leading design across a suite of responsive web and/or native mobile applications
- Fluency in principles and techniques of human-centred design practices, information architecture, service design, and user experience design
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies and analyzing research data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage teams and advocate for your ideas
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for design excellence
- Experience in a fast-paced software development environment with an ability to execute against established timelines
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
